The Hot Springs Music Festival, now in its seventeenth season, is a cultural pillar in Central Arkansas. Each June we present over 20 high-quality, low-cost symphony orchestra and chamber music concerts and 250 free, open-to-the-public rehearsals.
Today’s economic climate is a challenge for everyone, but it is taking a particularly heavy toll on Arts organizations. As orchestras around the country fold, our Festival is withstanding this test and serves as a model of success to organizations nationwide.
Our highly publicized, internationally respected two week summer Festival brings world-class musicians from around the country and world to Hot Springs and presents concerts of a quality on par with that found in the largest cities of the world.
Keeping our operation financially efficient, lean and focused allows us to present world-class musical experiences to residents of and tourists to Hot Springs each summer, and musicians and audiences world wide have come to know Hot Springs as a desirable cultural destination.
Our record of financial responsibility and efficiency alone have not brought us to our seventeenth season. It is the support of our community that has made this success a reality.
