to Festival Musicians:
Some ensembles may discover that they have more allotted
rehearsal time than is needed. If you need to cancel or
modify any rehearsal, you must notify ensembles coordinator
Todd Cranson (at the musicians' residence) at least 24
hours in advance. This applies to any and all additions,
cancellations and changes of venue or time. Since all
rehearsals are open to the public, this policy exists
so that changes can be posted at Festival Headquarters,
at the musicians' residence and on the Festival web site.
Please make sure this policy is followed for every change
that occurs. Thank you.
