Participants must arrive in time for the 5pm orientation meeting on Saturday 2 June and remain until the conclusion of the final concert on June 16th (arts administrators arrive by May 29th, conductors by June 1st).
Apprentices are responsible for their own transportation and meals. Many Hot Springs restaurants–within walking distance–will have musician-friendly menus available.

Apprentice application fee is $30. If you have already been a Festival Apprentice, you do not need to pay the application fee.
